Saudi Exchange announces that the fluctuation limits for Tourism Enterprise Co. will be based on a share price ^18.40

Referring to Tourism Enterprise Co. EGM held on Thursday dated 1447/04/24, corresponding to 2025/10/16 in which it approved the company’s request for a reverse split of shares. Thus, the fluctuation limits for Tourism Enterprise Co. will be based on a share price of ^ 18.40 and the outstanding orders will be canceled. 

Furthermore, the company will be suspended for two business days starting from Sunday dated 1447/04/27, corresponding to 2025/10/19, until the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) reflects reverse split of the company’s shares on investors’ portfolios, lifting the suspension of trading will be end of Monday 1447/04/28, corresponding to 2025/10/20
