The activities of the company as per its commercial register are as follows Car rental with driver. Rental of passenger cars without driver. The objectives of the company as per its Articles of Association are as follows Construction and building. Manufacturing industries. Agriculture forestry and fishing. Mining and quarrying. Supply of electricity gas steam and air conditioning. Water supply and sanitation activities and waste management and treatment. Wholesale and retail trade and repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles. Transportation and storage. Accommodation and food service activities. Information and Communication. Real estate activities. Administrative and support services. Arts entertainment and leisure. Other service activities. The current actual activity of the company is as follows Car rental service without driver. Car rental service with driver. Long term leasing service. Rental vehicles for companies and government sectors. Serving pilgrims and Umrah performers. Transportation service for executives. Transfers of conferences events and delegations. Transfer service to and from airports. Valet parking. The company does not carry out its activities except after obtaining the statutory licenses if any which are required by the prevailing and applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The company has obtained all the statutory licenses and all those licenses are still in effect as of the date of this Prospectus.
