The Company’s Board of Directors is pleased to announce its decision (by circulation) dated 27/12/1445 AH corresponding to 03/07/2024 AD regarding the formation of the Audit Committee for the new session of the Board, which begins on1st July 2024 AD and for a period of three years ending on 30th June 2027 AD, as follows: First: Members of the Audit Committee: 1. Mr. Sami Ahmed Sulaiman Al-Babtain - Independent Board Member (Chairman of the Committee). 2. Dr. Almutasembilla Zaki Allam - Non-Executive Board Member (Committee Member). 3. Mr. Ahmed Ibrahim A. Alsunadi - A member from outside of the Board (Committee Member). Second: Date of the start of the work of the Audit Committee: The work tasks of the above Audit Committee begin from the beginning of the new Board session on 1st July 2024 AD and for a period of three years ending on 30th June 2027 AD.
