Since SAMA Non-Objection has been received on 10 Jumada Al-Akhirah 1444H corresponding to 3 January 2023G, SABB Bank announces that the elected Board of Directors has approved the following: 1- Appointment of Mrs. Lubna Sulaiman Olayan (Non-Executive) as Chair of the Board of Directors. 2- Appointment Mr. Saad Abdulmohsen Al-Fadly (Non-Executive) as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors. |
